If you wish to return or exchange any item(s) bought from knitrowan.com, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order from us (7 days for sale/clearance/promotions). To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you have started making, we are unable to accept a return unless there is a fault with our product.
